This Privacy Policy explains how MEI Network ("we", "us", or "our"), operated as a sole proprietorship by Deepiha VinodKumar, collects, uses, and safeguards information you provide when visiting mei.network or submitting an application.

We collect information you voluntarily provide through our application form:

  • Company or startup name (optional)

We do not use tracking cookies, analytics scripts, or advertising pixels. We do not collect IP addresses, device fingerprints, or any behavioural data automatically.

2. How We Use Your Information

Information you submit is used solely to:

  • Review your SaaS application and assess fit with the MEI Network programme
  • Contact you regarding the outcome of your application
  • Onboard accepted applicants onto MEI infrastructure

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Data Storage & Processors

Application submissions are processed through Formspree (formspree.io), a third-party form handling service. Formspree's own privacy policy applies to data in transit and storage on their platform. Submitted data is forwarded to our secure email inbox and retained only as long as necessary for the application review process.

4. Data Retention

Application data is retained for a maximum of 12 months from the date of submission. Data from unsuccessful applications is deleted after 90 days unless you have given explicit consent for longer retention.

5. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
  • Withdraw consent at any time
  • Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
