These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MEI Network website and incubation services, operated by Deepiha VinodKumar as a sole proprietorship ("MEI Network", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing this website or submitting an application, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The MEI Network Service

MEI Network is a SaaS incubation platform that provides infrastructure, tooling, and operational support to approved applicants. Services include but are not limited to:

  • Managed cloud hosting (AWS)
  • Domain and business email configuration
  • SSL/TLS security setup
  • Payment gateway integration
  • Communication and notification systems
  • 12-month structured incubation support

2. Application & Acceptance

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into the MEI Network programme. We reserve the right to accept or decline any application at our sole discretion. Acceptance is confirmed only by written communication from MEI Network.

Applicants must be 18 years of age or older and have the legal authority to represent any company or startup named in their application.

3. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of your SaaS product, its source code, branding, and intellectual property at all times. MEI Network does not claim any equity, ownership, or intellectual property rights over products built using its infrastructure.

All content on the MEI Network website — including text, graphics, logos, and code — is owned by MEI Network and may not be reproduced without express written permission.

4. 12-Month Incubation Window

Accepted ventures operate within a structured 12-month incubation period under MEI Network infrastructure. Terms specific to infrastructure usage, performance expectations, and the Performance Continuation Policy will be detailed in a separate agreement provided upon acceptance.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use MEI Network services to:

  • Engage in illegal activities or violate applicable laws
  • Distribute malware, spam, or harmful content
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
  • Engage in deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading practices
  • Interfere with the integrity or performance of MEI infrastructure

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MEI Network shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website or incubation services. Our total liability in any matter arising from these Terms shall not exceed amounts paid by you to MEI Network in the 3 months preceding the claim.

7. Disclaimers

The website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services for any venture found to be in breach of these Terms, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the breach.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
